Attack on Baloch women in Iran: 1 dead, 11 injured 2025-07-02 11:44:38   NEWS CENTER - Iranian Revolutionary Guards killed 1 woman and seriously injured 11 women in a raid in Gunich village of Hosh city.   Iranian Revolutionary Guards' intelligence units raided Gunich village of Hosh city in Iran's Sistan and Baluchistan province in the morning and massacred 1 woman. 11 women were injured in the attack. Two of the injured women were reported to be in serious condition.   According to NUJINHA news based on local sources, intelligence units organised a raid in the village on the allegation that there were dissidents in the village. However, eyewitnesses stated that there were no armed people in the village at the time of the incident and that the raid was carried out to create fear and panic among the villagers. Soldiers reportedly opened fire directly on civilians.    It was stated that a woman named Khan Bibi Bamiri (40) lost her life in the attack.  The names of the women wounded in the attack are as follows: Medina Bamiri (24), Saba Bamiri (17), Esra Bamiri (18), Rahm Bibi Bamiri (32), Senj Malik Bamiri (45), Asel Bamiri (20), Muhaddese Bamiri (16), Mehtap Bamiri (50), Fatma Bamiri (26) and Lali Bamiri (40), Reyhaneh Bamri (21).   It was reported that Khan Bibi Bamiri was shot in the kidney area as a result of the fire opened by the security forces and was seriously wounded and died before she could be taken to hospital.   A woman, who was injured, was pregnant she lost her baby in the attack. Lali Bamiri and Esra Bamiri, who were in serious condition, were taken under treatment in the intensive care unit of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Hosh.
