ISTANBUL - Stating that Turkey refuses to use chemical weapons, Kurdish politician Selma Irmak:"If Turkey claims it is being slandered about the use of chemicals, it should allow investigation."

 

7 months have passed since Turkey's attacks on the Zap, Metîna and Avaşîn regions of Federated Kurdistan. HPG announced that Turkey has used chemical and banned weapons 2,837 times in a 7-month period. While the AKP government rejects the use of chemical weapons, it ignores the calls made by non-governmental organisations and politicians to investigate the use of chemical weapons.
