We wish Allah's mercy to the theatre actor Bavê Teyar, who has a serious love in the Kurdish society, and the civilians who lost their lives, and a quick recovery to the wounded. This attack against civilians is a clear violation of international law. Protection of civilians in conflict is an international obligation. The Geneva Convention and humanitarian law must be respected.
