'REPORT TO BE PREPARED AFTER MINUTES ARE SUBMITTED'
The petition stated: "Firstly, opinions, suggestions and contributions should not be expected on the draft text before the minutes of the meeting held on Monday on Imrali Island have been delivered to the commission members and information about the content of the meeting has been provided. The deadline given until Friday should be postponed to a date after the briefing. Furthermore, in order to ensure that the entire process is conducted transparently under the umbrella of the Assembly, it is necessary to share the minutes of the meeting with the public, and we request that a decision be made in line with our opinion in this regard."
