Pointing out that PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan was brought to Turkey through an international conspiracy, Lawyer Lokman Emen stated that Turkey has collapsed in the intervening 26 years and said, "Mr Öcalan must be freed within the scope of each individual's right to peace."
